1. WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY STEP AHEAD STUDIOS?

Upon receipt of a verified request to alter or remove PII, we will make all reasonable efforts to alter or remove such PII from the databases we actively use and from other readily searchable media. It may not be technologically possible, however, to remove each and every recorded instance of such information. We create back-up of our databases and systems to protect information from inadvertent loss, so a copy of your information may exist in a non-erasable form that may be difficult or impossible for us to locate.
